Todd Locatis
President/CEO
Todd is our captain and firmly grasps the helm of our daily business.
He is committed to writing the Exceed success story right here in West Michigan. Todd prides himself on his strategic business and hiring practices, putting the right people in the right positions to ensure a successful business. He’s a serious online gamer and is admittedly addicted to ‘Warhammer On-Line’. He has a keen appreciation for playing the game while relaxing with a cold Arcadia Double IPA in hand. Todd hit the books at Michigan Tech before earning his degree in Information Technology from Grand Valley State University. Todd also served with tremendous pride in the United States Navy.

Shanon Wieber
Director of Business Development
When not grazing on the good foods she finds at the local farmers market, and then drinking her cup of joe, Shanon is navigating and planning the continued success of our business. Marketing and business development is her objective as she works with customers, partners and vendors to assure success. The victim of “Technology Voodoo”, she can talk “teckie” but don’t let her touch your gadget! Her positive energy tends to travel through the device causing it to malfunction! Shanon attended Davenport University and Grand Rapids Community College before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University. In her spare time she can be found volunteering for the charity organization ‘Friends and Family of Cystic Fibrosis’, exploring the outdoors, playing volleyball, or spending time with her equally active daughter.

Rod Locatis
Procurement Specialist
Rod goes to the Bahamas in his mind quite frequently. When not conjuring up a way to open a satellite office there, he is busy quoting, configuring, working with vendors and navigating through various partner programs. As fast as technology changes, Rod is constantly challenged to negotiate the best possible solution for our customers. Early in his career, he held the buyer position with another local IT consulting firm. He is an avid traveler and is always calm, cool and collected. His vast experience with the challenges of working with multiple objectives makes him a rock for Exceed. Living in Allegan, Rod is a master of his domain, a dedicated husband and a highly respected gamer.

Dan Mars
Senior Systems Consultant
Don’t let this baby face fool you… there’s a fire under there! Dan is a senior engineer with years of experience and a solid understanding of industry standards in a multitude of technologies. He has the natural drive to keep at it until it is done right. Dan studied Computer Information Systems at Davenport University and combined with his time in the consulting world, he is well prepared for the execution of the most complex of projects. When not enabling Exceed’s success, he is a die-hard gamer, loves Fantasy Football, his collection of exotic beers and coming up with a secret home brew of his own. Dan’s downfall is having a hard time passing up any invitation to taste new beers! Did we mention he likes beer? Dan heads home to his lovely wife and two adorable sons.

Mike Vegter
Senior Systems Consultant
Mike makes it happen. Mike has always enjoyed researching the best technology and testing cutting-edge solutions that get the job done. With over 10 years of experience, he has been primed to be part of Exceed’s Secret Recipe. His brain is a file cabinet of information, which he freely hands out, even when it’s not relative to the situation. Mike began his career in West Michigan and consulted on multiple projects with a wide variety of organizations. Clients like this guy. Mike has a sense of humor that he rarely uses, but when it comes out, it’s sure to be a belly laugh. When not working intently with clients or on researching new technologies, Mike can be found gaming, hanging out with friends or making his homemade brew.

Judy Conley
Administrative Assistant
Judy is the closest thing we have to a drill sergeant. She works where she can’t be seen, but is up front and methodical in her ways of keeping the business compliant, paperwork running smoothly and everything moving in the right direction. Judy and her husband have owned their own company for 7 years! When she is not spending her time keeping Exceed’s business orderly, she is spending time with her husband, reading books and tackling the most difficult of puzzles.
